Recently, one of the ladies at the Estee Lauder counter which I frequent gave me a sample of their lip liner. I have never really used lip liner before because I thought they were not useful, lipstick would be enough. After trying it, I changed my mind.

Our lip lines usually get covered by the foundation as well when we apply it. By applying lipstick/lipgloss alone with not be able to define our lip lines enough The is when lip liners come into the picture. They make lips look fuller and healthier. Dont believe me? Try it out yourself.

And this is automated. Suits lazy people like me.

It comes in 10 shades and there are more to come!

I have never tried powder brushes like that but I have seen a few brands starting to produce similar products and it does look convenient to use and seems easy to bring around in our handbags. However, do feel the brush on the back of your had before you purchase. The more the comfortable you will, the better it is. 😀

I really like that “huge” mirror and that thick brush. Normally we dont get such a big mirror and thick brush when we buy compact blusher. I feel like buying it 😦

I personally like brown colour a lot because like what The Star has mentioned, its a natural colour. Its warm and comfortable to look at. However, it is a mature colour. So, if you like warm colours, this collection might be a good choice.

Estee Lauder Downgraded

It was reported on 22 August that Estee lauder Companies had been downgraded by analysts at Credit Suisse from “outperform” to “neutral”. The target price has been reduced from $53 to $44.

“The analysts mention that Estee Lauder’s share price has declined by 4% since the company reported its 4Q07 results, as compared to a gain of 2.9% in the S&P 500 index. The decline was primarily due to Estee Lauder’s cautious guidance for 1H08 on account of the company’s decision to increase the spending in the faster-growing international markets and weakness in the department store channel of North America, the analysts say. The EPS estimate for FY08 has been reduced from $2.42 to $2.27.”
